Last week of “Capturing Old Shoreham”

I can’t believe it is now the final week of  “Capturing Old Shoreham”, our community led exhibition in the gallery at Marlipins Museum, the oldest secular building in Britain.

We have been delighted by the numbers of enthusiastic visitors of all ages we have seen since it opened back in May with many coming back several times.

If you haven’t been along yet I hope you will call in to see the exhibition which reveals how land, water and people have shaped Old Shoreham over thousands of years through archaeology, maps, social history, wildlife and community memories. This special exhibition also includes some unique contemporary artworks and a soundscape.

You can read more about the Capturing Old Shoreham project here Capturing Old Shoreham | Shoreham Society
